Tracking your shipments is easy. You will receive your shipment details (Agent, Mode and Air Way Bill No.) as soon as your shipment is sent out. You may then log onto to the agent's website to track your shipment. Please allow agents up to 4 hours to update their website from the time you receive your shipping details. |

Orders ship within' 1 business day. Orders received before 1:00 pm, ship the same day. Orders received on Friday may ship on Monday or the next business day. |

Orders may be placed by phone, Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm IST |

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Wire/Bank Transfer. Within India, you can also send us a Cheque, Money Order or Demand Draft. |

Major Cities and Towns – We offer express shipping via FedEx or BlueDart (1-2 days depending on your location) or FREE Priority shiping via FedEx (2-7 days depending on your location). However, if FedEx is unable to service your area, your shipment is sent via Track On Couriers. |

Out of Service Locations – As our delivery agents try to cover most of India, some locations may yet be out of reach for them. In such cases, packages may be shipped via SpeedPost services by the Indian Post Office. We do not guarantee a delivery date or offer tracking service. But, assure you we will try our best to reach your purchase well in time. Multiple modes may also be used to deliver packages to such locations. If the shipment is unable to be sent out to you, we will give you a complete refund of your amount. |

International Customers – Delivery to international locations may be limited. Do drop us an email to check if we can service your location. We are working on this and shall have it up in sometime. However, we currently offer international purchases delivered within India. | |

All invoices are sent via email on completion of your order. A copy of your invoice will be saved to your account, should you wish to access it at anytime. |

| We check every product physically before shipping it |
| We specially pack and mark boxes when required to ensure your product reaches you well. Occasionally, during carrier and handling mishaps some products may be damaged in transit. HitPlay Devices Pvt. Ltd. holds complete liability under such circumstances. Should an unfortunate event of this sort occur, please follow the below procedure:- |

Send us product images to support your damage claims if possible via email to:- connect@hitplay.in. This will speed up the process and we can take the matter up with our delivery agent. |

If you feel your package has been tampered with, please do not open it and return it back to us via the same delivery agent. |
|
|
Under these circumstances, HitPlay bears all return shipping charges (for items shipped within India). |

All claims must be made within 7 days from receiving of your product. |
