Shipping & Delivery
HitPlay guarantees best shipping practices and services.
We work with multiple delivery agents to cover most regions across India. We also maintain the same product prices across all our resellers, offer best shipping prices, fast shipping (usually same day) and fully authorized warranty coverage.
- We ship to over 16,000 pin codes across India for prepaid orders and service 9,000 pin codes for COD orders,
- Your orders are shipped via one of our reputed courier partners such as FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, First Flight, Red Express and Aramex only. In some non-serviceable places, we may request to ship via Speed Post.
- Every product is checked prior to shipping.
- For COD orders, as per courier company requirements you will not be allowed to open the parcel until the complete payment is made.
- Rs. 75 is charged for all orders below Rs. 500 to cover rising shipping costs. No additional taxes are charged.
- Octroi for deliveries within' Mumbai is included. However, you may need to pay local octroi or other charges in other places where applicable.
- International shipping is limited at the moment. Please contact us to see if we can service your location and for a shipping quote.

Any personally identifiable information you submit while using this site will ONLY be disclosed to regulatory and/or governing bodies by which the business is bound. We will not disclose, sell, share or in any way reveal your information to any other third party.
We want you to feel confident about using this Site to purchase cool stuff, so we are committed to protecting the information we collect. While no Web site can guarantee security, we have implemented appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security procedures to help protect the personal information you provide to us. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure correct use of information, we will employ reasonable and current Internet security methods and technologies.
To ensure that your credit, debit or any mode of payment is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information, supplied by you during or after the order process against any third party databases. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can be rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Warranties, Returns & Replacements
- HitPlay Devices Pvt. Ltd. is an authorized dealer for every product we sell. We fully honor every manufacturer's warranty and intellectual property rights.
- Warranty information is usually mentioned along with other product information on the product page.
- HitPlay is responsible to deliver the correct product as displayed to you without any damages whatsoever. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product please inform us at the earliest. We will replace or refund you for it.
- If you receive a package that has been tampered with, please do not open it and return it back to us via the same delivery agent.
- All return claims must be made within' 7 days from receiving your order in original re-sellable condition. HitPlay reserves the right to refuse returns if your claims or returns are found unsatisfactory.
- HitPlay may replace your product, issue a credit voucher or refund you the amount to satisfy your claim.
- Octroi or local charges paid at the time of delivery or after for your purchase will not be refunded by HitPlay.
- All warranty claims must be made within' the valid warranty period.
- Under warranty claims, HitPlay will not accept back products that are tampered with, altered or used in way as not supposed to as described with the product.
- HitPlay's warranties are limited and subject to manufacturing defects only.
- All customers are responsible to pay shipping charges on returned products, unless if received in a damaged condition.
- Any items sent back that do not abide by these guidelines will either be sent back to the customer or will be issued HitPlay.in store credit, at HitPlay’s discretion.
- All warranty claims must be submitted within 365 days of the Invoice date. Returns received after 365 days will be sent back to the customer and a refund or credit will not be given. Please mention your invoice number and order date while making claims.
- Please inform us your product related issues rather than returning the product back to us. We often notice problems being solved over email or a call.
- We strive to sell products of the very highest quality only. If for any reason they fail to meet your expectations, drop us a line and we will sort it out for you.
We work hard to simplify the ordering process for you. Although our store is open round-the-clock for you, your orders are fulfilled from Mon-Fri. Orders received on Friday usually ship on next business day.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- HitPlay assures best practices and maintains standard prices across all it's resellers. - We offer various Prepaid and Cash-On-Delivery payment options. - All prepaid payments are fulfilled by CC Avenues. - Cheque payments are accepted, but your order will be prepared only after your cheque is cleared. - A number of wesbites, buy products from us and sell at higher prices. These prices are revealed only at the time of check-out. We prefer maintaining full transparency.
